NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Giveaway Start Date: April 10, 2025 at 12:00 AM PT
Giveaway End Date: May 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and other countries where participation is not prohibited by law. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where restricted or prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period
Giveaway begins on the Start Date listed above and ends on the End Date listed above. All entries must be received by the End Date.
3. How to Enter
A. Paid Entry
Buy a $20 entry ticket at https://lagunabeachbikepark.com/products/dh-bike-giveaway. Each ticket purchase counts as one (1) entry into the giveaway. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without purchasing a ticket, mail a handwritten essay of at least 1,000 words explaining what winning this bike would mean to you. Essay must be written in blue ink. Include your full name, email address, and phone number. Mail to:

Only one free entry per person allowed. Entry must be postmarked no later than one day before the End Date and received no later than the day of the End Date.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Custom painted “Rawdust” YT Tues Size Large 27.5”, as pictured on the giveaway page.
If the selected winner resides outside the United States, they are solely responsible for all international shipping, customs, duties, and import fees. They must confirm shipping arrangements or provide a valid U.S. shipping address within 48 hours of being notified. If they fail to do so, they forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or about the Drawing Date listed above. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received within 24 hours, another winner will be selected.
6. Odds
Odds depend on the total number of entries received (both paid and free).
7. Contact Consent
By entering, you consent to be contacted via the email address and/or phone number you provide, strictly for matters related to this giveaway. We will not send promotional emails or marketing texts unrelated to this giveaway.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Laguna Beach Bike Park, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.
9. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and international taxes, fees, and costs.
10. Release
By participating, you release and hold harmless Laguna Beach Bike Park and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or use of the prize.
