To be as environmentally friendly as possible and eliminate waste, all of our products are made to order. All items purchased are a final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items.

If items arrive defective, please email info (at) lagunabeachbikepark.com with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem. Please note it can take up to 48 hours to respond.

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached. If the item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank. We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Laguna Beach Bike Park reserves the right to modify or amend this return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or on social media.
